Ticket Compliments hotlisted card received

This is just to share with everyone.
These days you can’t even trust the best brands or the sellers on Amazon.
I received a card from Amazon today for ticket compliments. To my surprise one of my card was hotlisted and when inquired with Edenred they said the seller has hotlisted the card.
I am sure there will be a resolution done for this but the money gets blocked by these things.

means… it can’t be used again ever…normal happens when customer reports about the stolen/lost card.then card is marked as hotlisted

I am wondering what does hotlisting has to do with card coming from Amazon.
I mean to say, in this case Amazon is just acting as a market place between buyer and seller. Only but one of the most important difference between, Amazon and others is Amazon plays an active role in issue resolution whereas others just shrug off their responsibility.

But the point is, Amazon must penalise the seller such that they never repeat this in future. Let’s see how things turn out.
i also ordered , @anilenggworks77964 got any solution / help / was ur issue resolved
I received a mail from wohoo saying they are investigating and if this does not gets resolved by this week I will file an arbitration and include Amazon to solve this. And yes I will ask Amazon to aleast keep an eye on this seller because somehow this harms them in directly.

Is there a way by which can I change the title of this thread to Resolved.
today i received Ticket Compliments card and my card is hotlisted.
when i try to register on edenred site.. getting error: hotlisted card. use another card.
