Call CC and ask them to send NEO Rupay card offer SMS to your mobile..
In this SMS you will find whether you have LTF offer or it is a chargeable offer…
When I called them they could not see any LTF offer for me in their system, but when he sent the SMS I could see that it’s in fact LTF and I gave the consent by giving the OTP on that offer link…
This could be useful for someone to have an axis LTF cc without applying for it

Merchant name showed as AMAZON UTILITIES in OTP message, debit message and in axis app also..
But today after the transaction is settled.. merchant name is showing as OTHER DEBITS..

Neo Rupay and MZ Rupay are now being shown as upgrades available for FK Axis Visa CC in the app. I don't want to let go of FK. It would have been better if the upgrades were shown in case of the other CC, MZ Visa which is now quite useless.

So, I actually had the 3 axis card and due to which i was getting the error while applying for 4th one through this method. I raised the request for closing my Indian oil rupay card in order to get this neo rupay card but they first gave me the retention offer so i took the 2500 edge reward points. Next day, points got credited and I redeemed it instantly by purchasing domino's ₹500 voucher. After 2 days , I called them again and asked them to close my Indian rupay oil card but as usual again negotiation like bonus points but i declined it straightforwardly.
I came to the conclusion that if anyone try to apply for 4th axis rupay neo card through this method, he/she will get the sms link and the otp will be successfully validated too but customer care would say " I'm getting error on my system, please try after sometime " . So close any of the 3rd card ( retention team will try to convince you by any means to hold it but you'll have to give them logical reply then after the confirmation " your card has been closed and this process will take up to 15 days " just open your axis app. There, you'll see, the card which you wanted to get closed has been vanished from the credit card section. Now, call the customer care again and tell them clearly " i want a neo rupay card on behalf of my other card without closing it " and voila! Congratulations 🎊 your card will be generated instantly just after submitting the otp. Before hanging up the call, ask them again if my all cards will be continue or previous card will get closed, just in case for your own satisfaction.

Please confirm the utility bill payment of ₹300 will get ₹300 cashback. But the customer care official told me that no welcome cashback is given as it is Life time free. @abhishek012
You will get, rest assured bro. Customer care would have told you this is chargeable card i.e.₹250 plus gst but it is ltf when you get the link through sms.

Actually I have myzone, Neo MasterCard ltf.. looking to apply Neo rupay..but wanted to know whether existing myzone/Neo MC will close automatically or all 3 cards will be active..

For some reason, I am unable to "Unbox" aka activate the card through mobile app/net banking. The "Primary Card Activation Code" printed on the kit is not working and customer support isn't very supportive. Is there any alternative to get it done? I could set the PIN but cannot manage transaction limits due to this.
The same issue is happening with me Today I contacted customer care and they told me there is some technical issue at their end.I found out that we can use that card without an Activation code and just go to UPI Apps and link it ,it only asks CARD EXPIRY and Last 4 digits. Also,Check your email where it says tracking details from the axis if it is showing delivered over there then your card will automatically unboxed.
If you click there in unboxing it will show you tracking status Dispatched or something like that ,that's why it's asking for Activation Code. Because it's updated in their system as the card hasn't been delivered then how come the customer is activating it.

Ok, This is forward msg, those who complaint 5% discount recharge, DTH, Broadband offer is not applied on Amazon. Personally im not verified.

One person from another forum told, Fully utilising the Neo Card .. Got 300 as Utility Payment Cashback... Used once in Zomato till now with discount of 120... I think once more in this month I can use for Zomato. Apply Coupon code: "AXISNEO" and enter your RuPay Neo Credit Card details.

Ok the rules after dicusing with customer care and with my friend exp.
- u can hold 3 axis card , (max 2 reward card and one cashback card)
-if u got 3 card ask for one cancellation -> they will give u 2500 point retention offer->best redeem for 500 uber GV
-next day(waiting for voucher ) apply again thru customer care ,ask for rupay neo , it will be issued instatnly in mobile app no paperwork
-add in upi rupay and have fun
PS- as per rule if u have diff varient (master/visa) of axis card already holding then ask for upgrade to axis neo , u will get to keep both card
=i think good axis card are over after devaluation , some one higher up in axis mgmt is CHU* as even te customer care were helpfull

took the card today as 3rd CC from Axis Bank ... holding Flipkart LTF and Ace (which I'll close before first year ends)
so, Neo RuPay will serve as LTF core CC from Axis Bank helping with bank instant discounts where Flipkart CC is excluded

The offer is also visible in Axis Mobile app. Just go to credit card section. If not visible, go back and again revisit CC page. You might get other cards too along with this Neo Rupay there. I had Axis Privilege CC listed there as well.
For Privilege old card was to be closed after 45 days.
For Neo Rupay, existing card (Myzone in my case) would work post upgrade to Neo Rupay. Check for that message.
No call, No OTP. Just took the app login pin, and card was generated instantly.
