Twitter Account Hacked even after 2 SV (Google Authenticator) and 16 Digit Strong Password!

Hello there,
I want to share some information regarding my Twitter Account which was Hacked a week ago in the Night in Diwali Period!
Now, I am shocked because I have Dashlane Password Manager Premium Plan which Manages all My Passwords and I have also Set Strong Password But Still it got hacked/Compromised and Twitter after some hours Suspended my account for Violating Guidelines and Now, I am Angry because Twitter instead of help they completely suspended my account and this is the security issue from them because how it is possible to hack some random Twitter account, so after that even I search is this happening with other people and sadly, yes “ELON MUSK” and Many Celebrities Twitter Account Got Hacked 
For Cross-Check, I even checked the Logged in Sessions (Locations) but there were 4 devices which were my single device mobile and laptop so, there also I didn’t have any information.
My Account Name Got Changed to “ˡˡEl¤n Ϻᥙᴤк” and also I have never logged in my twitter other than my personal mobile and laptop (which is in my custody all time)

I also have an 11-year-old account.
It helps to connect and get a faster resolution from companies through Twitter DM.
Else it’s crap, I agree. Not of much use to most people. It’s a useless networking site Jaha pe sab H^gne aa jaate hai.
Is 2F authentication still enabled in your account? or was it removed after this hack.

I think they have permanently suspended his old account citing repeated violations.
Maybe he shud create a new account.
There is a mention if 2 factor in the title
But after reading your complete post I m unable to understand why 2Factor was not triggered when someone was trying to login.

Btw what kind of violation did the hacker do using your account 
He did something like crypto ,i dont know exactly even my name is changed and used different writing language
