Unable to use Samsung AMOLED touchscreen with wet fingers

I have a Samsung Galaxy M21 with AMOLED display. Whenever I try to use the phone with wet fingers the screen stops responding properly. I have to lock the phone, wipe off the screen and unlock it to use it again. Previously I’ve used many non-AMOLED phones and never faced this issue.
Is this issue applicable to to all AMOLED touchscreens? Or specific to the touchscreen used in this specific Samsung model?
P.S: I believe AMOLED is the display technology and need not have any impact on the performance of the touchscreen. But this is my first AMOLED phone, and also the first phone in which I’m facing this issue, so thought maybe the two are related.

Change fingers bro
It’s probably touchscreen related. Similar to how only a few devices like some Nokias are advertised to work with gloves and not all.
why are your fingers wet before using phone? @xxxyyyzzz @kartikxxx @Tanmayyy @decideaim
Asking right questions
Always dry your fingers, keep some hand dryer in your pocket.
Suggest him pocket size hand dryer
yes you are right i have samsung S series phone with amoled and whenever i use wet hands , on screen finger print scanner and screen does not works ..
Before this i had redmi phone and it worked with wet i beleive , but never used so much with wet fingers
well , who uses wet fingers on phone 🤔
but believe me the quality of samsung Amoled is 10/10 ❤️
redmi realme amoleds are all fake ..
In any case, it has nothing to do with AMOLED (AS it produces pictures), touch related operations are performed by Digitizer of display.
