V-guard stabilizer warranty restrictions

Can’t we able to replace the stabilizer which is not repairable and which is purchased using amazon.

Service center person are saying that they can only replace if it would have been bought offline so that they could paste a replacement sticker on the fault stabilizer and i could replace with the retailer on my own.

MODEL- VWR 400

Error symbol- OH1 even on normal voltage

Tech guys, kindly have a look on it.
