Airtel doesn’t allow activating any plan via main balance even if you connect to senior executives of their cs team.

USSD => Earlier it work for some plans like 149,599… But after plan hike this is also getting failed for me… ☹️

i have zero bal so thinking of accumulating bal via offers if we can activate plan using bal.

Airtel after hike not allowing any plan activation via bal. *129# and star 141 star mob star amt not working.
Vi do allow some plans with *444 star plan amt #. If you dont have balance you get insufficient error.

Vi stopped activation of packs from main balance from all the ways.. After this recent hike. Just now tried for ₹99,79,48,58.. via many ussd options, Nothing works.. Getting error as “visit vi app or dial *121#”
Don’t accumulate it.
yeah tried to activate unlimited pack also from balance it’s not working as well even though have sufficient balance now what’s the use of balances?
No use.. Have complained with Vi and they’re promising that this service will be back shortly. And some unlimited packs can be activated using main balance by contacting customer care via chat in Vi app. Try your luck.
Same question for airtel. Anyone has enough guts to answer this question?😅 cz I have around 300₹ in main balance. I’ll giveaway 3₹ for the help😊
