Without any reason this people are just fighting with us, by using some abusing bad words. Even they are given me warning of killing me.
Is there are way to handle such people in legal way? As I don't want to get involve in crimes as this can spoil my future.

There is no back stories, they are same people who are responsible for marriage break up of my relative. Just imagine how curing people are they who are just spreading rumours to break my relatives marriage. These people are like Pakistan terriost who are just killing innocent Indians without any back stories.
Bro don’t waste ur energy on them , let them bark if u don’t give energy to these people back they will feel powerless …..

They are behind us from last 3 years, and from last 3 years we are just ignoring them, and every time they are going one step ahead.
Eg. First give bad words.
Second damage our water pump
Third damage water pipeline
Fourth damage vehicles like breaking down glass or mirror of vehicles etc.
And so on.
All these they do late at night. So there is no proof against them. I can’t protect everything with cctv cam.
Ny uncle was the same , then he died dueto cancer and we all feel sad
Since you are doing good in your business, I would suggest, work hard and do good to others, do charity, help and feed the poor and needy in these difficult times.
Maybe when they see this they will also change for the good.
When I was child my parents had helped my neighbour during every difficulty, including financial help. Now they are repaying us by giving us tension and stress

There should be a reason for the actions of the neighbours!!
No reason as such, my neighbour had rented there small property to someone but they wanted to increase rent of their property, and then started to fight with then by giving bad and abusive words, (filing fake complaints) etc and my neighbours wanted our help in order to fight with there tenants which we refused, later on they started to target me and my parents.

Why not hire a watchman? Since you are doing good in business so paying salary to watchman should not big deal to you.
Also with the help of watchman you can give them their own treatment.

Anyways, if the house you live is a rented one just move to a new place. If the house you live is your own property then put up with your neighbours and go lodge a formal police complain to get a restraint order against them.

First,you should stop thinking that they are your enemies.start build up a new positive perception on them.do one thing,you guys might have some flower,vegetable or fruit plants in your home.when you pluck them next time just share some with them with a nice words and with a happy smile.there they start thinking.u can continue the same for some time.daily wish them with a good smile.don’t feel ego if they abuse them sometimes, just give a smile.afterall one smile can start a friendship one word can end a fight.it’s an art to convince the bad people to start a good.just practice that and love all.
Nothing works, when they had fought for the first time with us, after that, to have good relation with them, we had offered them some chocolates from abroad but they rejected it by giving bad words.

Reason to create this topic was to take views of others in legal way if anyone had faced such issues in there life.
This topic may not be relevant to most of dimers but can’t say some people might face such issues in future.
Its very easy for me to take help from local goons or local ganster, or some illegal way in order to get rid of this neighbour, but this will not solve the problem but rather may create my criminal record, which will spoil my and my family life. Being a black belt am good enough to fight with this people but again getting worried about police complaint which will make my parents getting stressed. As I had already told in my previous comments there are 3 female person in neighbour who come straight and directly close to me this may create another false scene.
Install CCTVs everywhere you see damages being done if you can afford or at least install the fake CCTVs. This will deter them somewhat.
If your society doesn’t allow installing private CCTVs in common areas, install them in your property spaces, like your own parking, at your front door, balcony etc.
Unless you have friends in the Police Dept, who can visit your place on your request and give them a warning, there is no point in filing a harassment case.

Same story of mine, my neighbour is Bhumiaar caste, and in bihar my many friends suggested to stay out of those poeple. They have captured my garage also. I have two garage, but I have only one car. And they are parking car in my 2nd garage from 7-8 years, being friendly we never objected, everything was going fine, until one day I bought new car and asked them to move your car so I can use my parking, but they are denying to move his car from my parking. 😒 They are now in political party also.
Actually situation is getting worsen day by day, don’t know what will happen next, I pray to God only one thing, that is just want to live my life happily with my family, but every time this people comes in middle and fights without any reason, we don’t like to use bad and abusive words, nor like to listen such things. I hope at least God give them punishment for the Sins there are doing.
They have only small property which they give it for rent, and after fighting with there tenants no one is willing to take there property for rent. So from last 3 year they are not having any known/white income,
Talking about there job, all the 4 children are hardly 10th pass, with failed in many standards repeatly, so they don’t expect good job,
Even his 1 son was removed from the school for bad behaviour.
God know how they are surviving. And this is main reason of jealousy.
illegally we don’t want to do anything to this people as this will spoil our life, name and fame. And legally its good to go but after all discussions and collecting information, found that it’s time consuming and ineffective & may make this situation worse.
Now Just praying God to punish such people as soon as possible, so that they don’t trouble other people like this.

in some cases even if the neighbor is well off and well to do than us still they have jealousy for no reason….
may be just to show off that they are well connected they scare and want to be known and remain at the top, so those who are vulnerable and soft targets always suffering in silence…
in property related matters in housing societies – if a flat is put up for sale then other neighbors in same building try to grab it in every possible way by pulling down the rates..
the brokers or direct parties are brain washed by telling them rates being quoted are high… if their friends in same bldg put up their property for sale at prices more than us then there is no problem…
for soft targets GOD is the only support and some miracle happens…. rest all controlled by mafias
My parents are now 60 plus, and in this old age they have to suffer due to such people, God knows why he is not punishing such bad guys? When ever i go out of my house my parents are also worried and pray to god for my wellbeing.
Arey bhai. I will tell you one thing. Please don’t wish bad upon your enemies. When you are praying to God, you are assuming that God is listening to you. Why ll you ruin that moment by thinking something negative? It will ruin your life. This is a personally verified fact. If someone is unpunished by God, then we should never assume the role of the God. There must be some reasons that we won’t know. God works in a mysterious way. You are God’s child, they are too.
Bhai, I am telling you this from my personal experience, wishing bad on people wont work and it works against us. So, all I can wish is peace to you.
Just pray to God that this issue get solved as soon as possible, without any more loss and tension.
I just want to live happily with my family, and don’t want to continue this enmity.
