Hello fellow dimers,
We shop so much online and almost every other day receive the products ordered. It would be great if we post a comment or two about every item we receive at the end of the day. Since most of us are not bloggers and rarely write a review about the items we receive, but one or two lines would suffice.
And it would also spread the joy of receiving and may be re-ignite the thrill, the excitement we feel on receiving a product (I am sure you would agree that things become a bit monotonous after a year or two of online shopping)
What do you say friends ?

September 10 :
Just received Intex charm from yebhi, shipped through Bluedart.
Ordered it on saturday and delivered on Monday, within 48 hours in a small town.
No matter how much I criticize yebhi for their poor web site design and their new useless coupon strategy, but I got to give it to them here, their shipping and delivery times are unmatchable. No other site with the exception of flipkart, comes close to it. Yebhi and Bluedart form a killer combination.
Let me compare this with the other orders I placed recently : (i) an order placed with futurebazaar on 1st september, not even shipped yet (ii) order placed with goodlife on 1st, shipped on 3rd through First flight, still not delivered. (iii) bought a shirt from stiffcollar and another order from indiatimes on 6th, both shipped throuh Aramex on 7th, I shouldn’t be expecting them before 15th. There must be few other orders as well, but for them I would have to dig deep in the credit card bill.
What I want to say is that though most of the e-commerce sites are not as fast in shipping as yebhi or flipart, but the bigger culprits are these courier companies, aramex, firstflight and the like . If they could emulate how bluedart functions, it would surely give a boost to e-commerce in India, but I don’t think it is going to happen in the near future as most of these online shopping sites tend to overlook such an important aspect of e-business.

Shopclues products are not upto the mark. I recently purchased MegaSlim flask and I feel cheated. It is not at all a flask. The flask is hot outside as well when I pour in hot water.

Its good for the price bro 15/- each handkerchief not bad mrp is 250/- or so, but i dont find it duplicate, proper packaging with arrow customised logo at the bottom, seems original overall happy with handkerchief.
Received Philips electric shaver from Pepperfry. They took quite a long time to deliver and that too after reminders. Worst is that it both outer and product’s original box was crushed. Many thanks to DTDC. And to rub it in, the delivery guy justified it by saying that its bound to happen as they have so many parcels and its the packing that is lacking, so its not their fault. In retrospect, I now feel its best to refuse to take delivery. Who knows if they flung it around and it has internal damage….
Pepperfry’s packing is not adequate for DTDCs handling. Hate such mangled up products. Also, it looks very bad when you gift items with packing all crushed and torn. Last time too, a Peppery product was damaged by the courier.
Wait fainincore i am PMing u .
