If you already have cibil score then get Axis Ace card which gives 2% on all transactions
If you doesn’t have entry in cibil yet then contact your salary account bank and check for some ltf cards first and then build cibil and opt for cb cards with high limits

It seems you are new to the world of CCs. So you will have to get cards which gives easy approvals, either get HDFC Millennia (5-6% on Amzn/FK etc and other good milestone benefits) or FK Axis (5% on flipkart, even on flights with no uppercap).

I have used Axis neo credit card…it was a pathetic card…didn’t received any welcome benefit as mentioned during applying the card. And no cashback received on the transaction which i done through that card. At last i closed the card because customer care was also pathetic.
Now i am very happy with HDFC millenia. It’s a great card and provides notification within 2-3 days how much cashback will get credited.
