is there anyone facing Video issue to Beta Whatsapp users?
I am not able to download or view videos from chat as well as Status.
Edit: Resolved after latest update.

I am also facing this issue. I tried uninstalling and lost all my chats. Forgot to backup.🤦
A few hours ago, the WhatsApp Business beta app was released on the Google Play Store, with build number 2.23.8.24: can confirm that this is a bug-fix update that addresses the mentioned issue, so you can finally download videos on the business app again. About the WhatsApp Messenger app, the update should be available soon with the same build number and, since the bug is now fixed in the business app.
The fix is rolling out after installing the latest business version of the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.23.8.24 update, so be sure to update to this build in order to use a version of WhatsApp without this bug.
In short, Bug has been identified and fixed in Whatsapp Business App. It'll soon rolled out in WhatsApp Messenger App. 2.23.8.24
