any specific website you prefer online?
is this website realkart.in legit?
anyone who bought from there?
I buy offline. Cheaper than buying online. Your local market retailers are good for such needs.
city?
I roam all service centre and authorised seller of samsung, and checked their website as well…but for my galaxy on 8 , samsung has stopped making it…i checked with local seller, they were charging 5-900 rs for generic/local battery with no or 3 month warranty.
But mostly these batteries wont last even 1 month.
Instead buy any battery from electronics store like robu.in, electronicscomp or any you like (which you think is good).
Then buy similar dimension battery as original.
Desolder or cut that protection board from purchased battery and solder original battery’s connector.
Done
Only “con” that you might not find exact dimension battery size asper original.
But mAh capacity will be better than local offline and online.
From a brief search only 18650 batteries seemed to be available?

has anyone used batterygod? at their current price of 699, it’s seems good even if it lasts 3-4 month of usage
Not gonna try with these cheap batteries. They are usually crap most of the time. I don’t fancy opening up the device every few months! That increases the chances of a screw-up. If you are specifically looking for Poco F1 best alternative is to try your luck with Asus ZP MPM1 or Samsung M20 batteries which are inexpensive and much higher capacity. Although that requires soldering skills. Even third-party batteries are worth a shot. If the original battery comes back in stock at Rs 4k I will just bite the bullet and buy it. That should last 4 years. Hopefully even longer as F1 will be retired from active duties in the next year or so, bypass charging will be enabled from the beginning and I will stick to 10W charging.
battery is kind of dud, works fine for few mins and then suddenly drops to 50%. It could be either the battery circuitry or calibration problem
update: replacement received is working very well, surprisingly well for a battery that costs 699
asus one will now sit out till this dies because i don’t trust my botched solder connection
you will get non branded one mostly online and offline. only source to get original is the service centre but they will charge too much.
