Which cards to keep - StanC or Citi?

I am optimizing my Cards Portfolio and want to know which card to keep considering I have heard that it is difficult to obtain Citi card these days:
StanC Manhattan Platinum Card + Zero Balance Savings Account
Citi Rewards Card

No. Spend Limit of INR 30,000 for Citi & for StanC I don’t know if spend based criteria is there but they charged me INR 1,000 as renewal fees, I don’t think it’s worth it, I have yet to extract any rewards from it. Should I close StanC? Is it difficult to get their cards again?

Change citi rewards to indianoil card if you have petrol usage.
