raised request and attached the image to snapdeal but no response. what to do please help me my 18000 stuck

bought 500 denomination and that working and added . and each order with 2 , Rs 3000 vouchers are now showing ZERO. in one order with 2 items, one have balance and the second item having ZERO balance
in my orders i used 500 denominations first and now trying to use 3000 , now seen ZERO
out of purchased 14 3000 vouchers 9 are showing ZERO others have balance . It immediatly added to woohoo yesterday. the 9 vouchers which is showing ZERO are purchased after 4 the june
Snapdeal replied me to contact woohoo
Was unaware about this

Wait for woohoo reply, most probably some technical issue, if its scam then you would see all zero bal.
Woohoo replied all these gift cards are redeemed on 4-7-2020 and directed to contact Snapdeal.but my orders are after 5-7-2020

Also out of my 9 e gift vouchers 3 are added to my account with ZERO balance
If already redeemed, it should show already redeemed error but it added

Or any Snapdeal higher email address

Entire 18k or only few of them if you have done multiple purchases ??
I ordered for 8k, did not face any issues like that till now.
