Wrong shoes delivered

Do not shop with myntra.I order a shoe of puma olive green lazy slip and which i got delivered in three days,but as soon as i opened the package i received a used lofar shoe.I complained about it to customer care and they took time of 6 business days for inspection and atlast today i got a mail in which they are telling that they delivered me the correct shoes ans now they are not giving me any refund nor replacement.I’m a frequent customer of Myntra.They are Fraud cheaters.It was my harden worked money.My order numbet is 88439128
