One dimer @UDEMYCOURSES already Complaint to NCH portal and he got RuPay Platinum debit card from Federal bank and Bank of India.
Federal bank issue RuPay Platinum debit card only for Salary account but after complaint he got Federal bank RuPay Platinum debit card on Saving account.
So, try and share your experience on comment. Personally not verify yet.

go to this NCH portal and complain
dont go for SIB platinum card. issuence charge is more than 500. Not wroth
This thing is still going on why people keep quoting me for god’s sake. Like I said nobody cares whether you are interested in something or whether you have 22 cards (good lord have yourself framed in a photo or something though), the point was that Abhishek guy spammed with 4 messages on 4 different topics within a span of a minute, copy-pasted the same link in every place. If I find a deal, say iPhone 12 available at 10k and make 4 messages regarding the same it’s called SPAMMING. Previously given karmas so many times to him, when he actually helped people in a good manner.
Never logged out of this forum since joining but been meaning to thanks to these penny pinchers and unprincipled lot now I will. The worst of them is the people greasing lot though, like above. You can spend whole life putting oil on oily heads, never going to go anywhere.

Daily i get minimum 50 msgs in my DD’s DM, DD comments and my whatsapp Groups.
Note – my whatsapp Group members are also Desidime’s members.
Everyday i get approx 50 msgs, how to apply RuPay Platinum card ? which bank issue RuPay Platinum card ?, some dimers also told me my bank (ICICI, HDFC, Axis, Yes bank, Federal bank) reject to issue RuPay card. what should i do now ?
2 days ago @UDEMYCOURSES told me in my whatsapp group, he got RuPay Platinum card after complaint to NCH portal. So, i thought i could share here and share the link to all other 4 RuPay Platinum card thread.
agar mai links na share karu dusre RuPay Platinum card post k Comments me toh mujhe daily approx 30 to 50 people’s ko DM me link share karna hoga, woh bhi per day. So, its better mai baki k 4 threads k comments me pahele se he link share kar du.

Federal, HDFC, ICICI, Yes bank, Axis bank, IDFC First bank etc issue RuPay Platinum debit card.
if any of this bank reject to issue RuPay Platinum debit card then Complaint to National Consumer Helpline (NCH) portal.
Did anyone get the Rupay Platinum debit card from Axis Bank ? I currently hold the useless Rewards+ dc; contacted both my home branch and call center, but both denied saying that my account is not “eligible” for a RuPay platinum dc (some lame excuse they are giving 
). Have sent a mail to the Nodal Officer, hoping to get it resolved;

Hopeless I have tried for last 7 months couldn’t get rupay plat from axis , complained NCH nada , if you get this card do tag me
I have closed my rewards DC long back no point of giving them 360 bucks
So right now you don’t have any card ? How did you close it ? By hotlisting/blocking or do we have to call or visit branch to get it hard closed ?

As per Axis Bank official, Axis RuPay dc is issued to Salaried Accounts only (Easy Access Account variant)

HDFC BANK rejected to give RUPAY PLATINUM. Tried via Netbanking, Form submission in branch, insta issue. Nothing worked.
