zero start for shopclue

Hi Guys

i order two time from shopclues but both time i face lot of difficulties. finally i cancelled all.
The rate they display is not the original one, once you order you get to know the correct price.
after order they cancel your order without any notification. according to there profit or loss,
There is no proper customer care service or worse service.if you mail also they will not reply.
my advice is Please don’t go for shopclue. zero start
after buying you face lot of difficulties.
i tried to contact customer service through mail and phone but no response.
