How to Search within Threads

Some threads are too long to read through via pages, is there any way we can search for a term or phrase and directly go to that post.

This will be very helpful in Dost & Dimes section.

Man hire a designer and revamp entire DD UI..even with 4eyes I was not able to find the search unless you pointed out, though I have used sort 10s of times
