Retail price is not getting updated sometimes

I am entering retail price as well as deal price of the item but retail price doesn’t show up, it automatically gets deleted.
So one may not be able to see what is discount on particular product.
Kindly address this bug.

but this problem still persists. It is not resolved yet.

One of admin told, it is only affecting amazon deals and they are checking it.
