GATI customer service was extraordinary.
Fist operator promised me that I would get a call/ if possible delivery status within 6hrs from the local center
Yes they called me indeed.
The status of the order was changed as out for delivery, yesterday itself.
The local customer care executive handled the case beyond my expectation,
Before I spoke they acknowledged that all the updates were fake and promised me to deliver the order by yesterday or by today positively.
And they did that. After delivery they called me for the confirmation.
Previously I had experience with bluedart customer care, which is horrible.
Speed post was okey type, not bad. As a govt organization they are doing far better than many private concerns in terms customer support.
I guess GATI has kept all the momentum with customer support. that’s why their couriers are slow.
Now this was my reply to amazon.
Finally today afternoon the order was delivered. But amazon refunded the money as well.
I asked for replacement but you guys refunded instead, which is not at all a solution. If I dont need the order then on the first hand why should I place it?
So refunding money was not a viable way to deal this case at all, its just another escapist mentality from amazon customer service.
What do you really think? Why I am fighting with you guys since last week, and waited for this order from last one one month?

On a serious note I get a lots of amazon GCs so I buy most of the stuff from amazon/pantry/now. I place at least 20-25 orders every month.

Yeah it’s something like that. But it’s for the efforts we put and they don’t want to pay through regular channel
i think for metros cities n some tier 2 cities amazon is gud in delivery..
recently my incident wth amazon i ordered bru instant instead of that they delivered bru gold. i called cc n complained they sent new product
again i received the same this time they gave full refunded..
here what happened is i received 2 bru gold for free.

I have been using them when I place too many small orders.
But if u dont collect on time, package goes back ! No stopping.
