EQUITY SHARE INVESTMENT
Stock Market is for People having high patience.
There are 3 types of companies Small Cap , MidCap & Large Cap.
Small cap companies carry high risk & at the same time can be highly profitable , whereas large cap companies are less risky as they have proven past record of their business & have nice goodwill.
However sometimes even a large cap company stock can crash , example could be Kingfisher.

So by investing in equity shares we can benefit by 2 ways :
The equity shareholders get benefit in two ways, yearly dividend and appreciation in the value of their investment.
For example: I purchased shares in XYZ ltd for Rs.100 , and after a year the share price is Rs.115 and company announced dividend of Rs. 2 per share then my total return to investment is Rs.115-100 = Rs.15 (Appreciation in asset value) + Rs.2 (Dividend)
Good news is if we hold equity shares for 1 year or more then there is no tax on selling equity and also no tax on dividends.

When we purchase equity shares we have view that the share price will go up.
We can sell the equity shares anytime provided there is enough liquidity.
In India, shares and securities are held electronically in a dematerialized (or “Demat”) account, instead of the investor taking physical possession of certificates. A Dematerialized account is opened by the investor while registering with an investment broker (or sub-broker).

Bro as today tata motor break circuit as their support level of 355-360 as in stock market no will tell anything 100% sure only their prediction lets an example as today tata motors break circuit it will go down to 330 in short interverval of time as per their chart but not 100% sure means it will bounce back tomorrow but less probability means 20-25% chances of bounce back
