If I spend 1000 rupees on Uber with Diners Premium card and since Uber is a 10x partner, what does this mean? How much cashback in rupees do I get?

On your Diners Club Premium variant you earn 4 Points on every Rs. 150 spent
On 10x Partner spends you are eligible for 40 Points on every Rs. 150 spent out of which 4 points get credited instantly & balance 36 points gets credited next month
Value of each point is Re 0.50
So 40/150 * 0.50 = you earn 13.33% on 10x partner spends
this rewards ratio is only when you redeem on their site else rewards final value may be lower too
Yes I read that link. So can I redeem for Amazon vouchers / cash credit to bank or other useful stuff? I don’t have the need for flight / hotel booking so can’t redeem there.

Damn it, shouldn’t have got diners then.
That is very true actually-after they removed option of redeeming thru recharges.
You can travel thru flight-if u r travelling by train. Else just book for some relative or friend, and give say 10-20% discount to them when taking cash from them…If nothing works, redeem from their Rewards Voucher, though of course it will put point value much lower..but still may be better to have something than nothing.
