Thanks a lot for ur reply…and u r 100% true…in several gyms, i promise only 2-3% of them know what they are doing…rest of them just do it by following other muscular guys workouts from either mags or online….but i promise they wont get the results…i’ve been studying about the pros and cons of most of the bodybuilding programs for more than 6-7 years and i have committed all the possible mistakes and so now i’m helping dimers 4m my experience .I will test the exercise routine personally on my body….each and every body is blessed with different genetics….so don’t follow others instructions without knowing the reason…feel free to ask any queries with regards to fitness…:) https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif I will surely help you…

TODAY’S MOTIVATIONAL PICTURE:

Hi Dimers,
In Today’s world Obesity is found even with kids. The Main cause for that is their parents…Teach the Kids about Healthy foods and diets…. Don’t get too many techno products to Ur kids and make them lazy…i.e PS3, PSP and XBOX… Make it compulsory to play at-least 30 minutes daily…it helps to make your kid fit and not fat… There are lots of parents who are spoiling their kids…If you are going to get them McDonald’s Double burger, KFC chicken bucket daily….then your kid is going to End up like this…So dimers, kindly share this to all…Create Awareness and teach them about the good ways of parenting…:) https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif

Don’t spoil Ur kids with these things McD burgers, KFC chicken, Lays chips, cream filled foods…

instead give them with peanut butter sandwich, olive oil in place of other fatty oils, a lot of veggies and fruits along with their regular diet….

https://i.imgur.com/bDT51.jpg
It’s really hard to see ur kid in this condition, again exercise can be done at any age to keep them fit…:) https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif

haha…Achilles …u r 100% right…good diet is the essential key, along with supplementation and exercising atleast 4 days a week will help to get a good physique..:)

bohra wrote:

Bro…I’m not interested to spend on Indian supplements….frankly speaking most of them have just milk powder and some other low grade proteins..

my suggestion is to go for an imported whey protein powder(ON gold standard 100% whey)…i know it may look little costly…but i’m sure its the best investment to get a good body…go to gym at-least 4 days a week and do some heavy workouts(i will post about the workouts soon) and feed ur muscles with whey protein…this way ur body starts to grow muscles…..drink plenty of water(at-least 4-6 liters of water) and take 4-6 small meals a day…

Go through this thread from the start ..patiently, I’m sure u will learn a lot of new things, which you are not aware of….and no one in your gym teaches you these things…

all the best….follow this thread at your leisure time….U will get some good result…

Haha…chirag …it look like u r still a kid bro…https://cdn0.desidime.com/smileys/yKnyG.gifhttps://cdn0.desidime.com/smileys/yKnyG.gif…But i like ur review about Endura mass….yeah u r true….many will get attracted to the label of endura mass and get that….but its again a milk powder…nothing great…as Whey protein….i too feel bornvita is better than endura mass…

IF anyone is really interested to add mass to ur body, go with whey protein…the best form of protein to guys…u will see the reduction of fat and addition of muscle by supplementing with Whey proteins…..again…u need to exercise atleast 1 hour a day and drink whey protein shake after that…:)

#22 —> Watch Your Alcohol Intake

https://i.imgur.com/2aA58.jpg

I know that you didn’t want to hear this one. One of the things that seem to increase with a lot of with our guys.. when they are trying to put on weight is that they jack up their alcohol intake. I have heard several guys say things like the following. ”Hey it will provide me with some extra calories to help pack the weight on.” Yeah, extra weight on your waist and glutes(butt)! You will get extra calories, but they will be empty calories with absolutely no nutritional value. From a nutritional point of view we have to take a look at the macronutrient breakdown of different foods and from here we can choose whether they are a good or a bad choice. From here we can decide to include or avoid them in our nutritional plan. Let’s take a look at the caloric intake of our macronutrients for a minute. Protein and carbohydrates have 4 calories per gram. Fat has 9 calories per gram. Alcohol on the other hand has 7 calories per gram! Isn’t that crazy? Considering alcohol has almost as many calories per gram as pure fat, doesn’t it make you wonder what it’s going to do to not only the look of your physique ?? Now here is another problem that most of you may not be thinking of. Protein and carbohydrates have a lot of performance benefits for the mass gainers. Protein will help increase lean muscle tissue, increase your metabolic rate, helps in the recovery process, and increases protein synthesis. Carbohydrates provide your body with an excellent energy source, replace muscle glycogen stores after tough workouts, helps in the recovery process, plays a major role in cell volumization, and keeps our thyroid hormones in check. Now, how does alcohol play a role in this picture? It doesn’t play any nutritional role and this goes to show you that it shouldn’t be a major staple in our diet. Don’t get me wrong, if you consume alcohol in moderation it can have health benefits but the key word here is MODERATION! i know most of You don’t know abt the term Moderation…:P https://cdn2.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_toungueout.gif LOL

#23 —> Increase Your Calories Gradually

https://i.imgur.com/lRhPQ.jpg

When looking to increase your calories don’t just jack them up like a maniac after reading this article. Don’t go from your 3200 calorie diet and plan on attacking a 5500 calorie plan right off the bat. If you do you will be setting yourself up for disaster. Each week try to increase your daily caloric intake by 250-750 calories depending on your weight, energy expenditure, metabolic rate, and level of insulin sensitivity. You have to slowly increase your calories as your digestive system will just get overloaded and will not be able to process and absorb the nutrients from the massive increase in food volume. Take things in steps and you will eventually be where you need to be in no time.

#24 —> Take Extra Vitamin C

https://i.imgur.com/uDqQX.jpg

Unless you have been living under a rock for the last half century, than you probably already know that Vitamin C has a positive effect on our immune system. There always seems to be mainstream media coverage on how this wonder vitamin can help you fight off the dreaded cold. Yes, the immune system boosting properties of Vitamin C are one of the reason’s why I recommend its use but there is a lot more to this vitamin than what they tell you on TV. One very important benefit to Vitamin C is the effects that it has on cortisol levels.* Cortisol is a catabolic hormone and is one that you want to minimize in your body. Its job is to breakdown valuable muscle tissue and increase fat storage.* Sounds good if you want to be fat and weak! Vitamin C has been shown to reduce cortisol production. If that’s not enough it has also been shown to increase the real man’s favorite hormone…TESTOSTERONE! Now I have your attention don’t I? Yes, Vitamin C has shown to not only keep the “Cortisol Monster” at bay but at the same time it has a positive effect on testosterone levels as well. One important function of vitamin C is in the formation and maintenance of collagen. This is the basis of connective tissue, which is found in skin, ligaments, cartilage, vertebral discs, joint linings, capillary walls, and your bones and teeth.

#25 —> Stay Dedicated

https://i.imgur.com/cskUg.jpg

Without dedication to not only your training but your nutritional and supplementation program, you will never see the results that you deserve. I have noticed that many will stick to the training program that they have laid out, but yet many get lazy when it is time to put the same effort forth for their nutritional program. Now you might be thinking that all this nutritional stuff is just for those bodybuilders and it really has nothing to do with the sport of normal guys. Most of the guys would just stay motivated for a week or 2, after that, they will be back to their old condition. Later after some months after seeing their big bulging belly tearing the shirt out, they feel bad and again go to gym for for 2 weeks…this cycle repeats….Unless you are dedicated to what you do, you cannot achieve your goal. so even if you lift 1 kg dumbbell stay dedicated to your goal and do your workout…:)

with this point, my first post of this thread comes to end. I believe, I’ve shared a lot of information here, i tried my level best to convey the information in simple language…:) https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif If anyone is confused with this post, feel free to ask any doubts with regards to this post…Live a healthy life…:) https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif

Today’s Motivational Picture:

It’s up-to you to decide your lifestyle….yeah the results are 100% as shown below….

if you are going to choose the 1st type —> bad lifestyle —> eat all processed fatty foods —> watch TV sitting on ur couch all the time —> its hard to say those guys would produce a lot of female hormone which gets their body to worst shape…

If you are going to choose the 2nd type —> Healthy lifestyle —> Eat healthy foods and say no to processed foods and sugars —> do workout at-least 1 hour a day —> they may not get a six pack abdomen, but I’m sure they will be fit and free from diseases…. more importantly they will looks like men…
