Paytm is the newest addition to the group of internet marketplaces. Many of us have shopped from Paytm & the reaction is mixed. Their customer care is almost non-existent & their reply thru email comes at a snail’s pace. But many of us have received good & genuine products with very good cashback offer (that’s the USP of Paytm).

Can Paytm be trusted for ordering stuffs like monitor? The only expensive thing I bought from them was iPhone 7, though it was damn genuine and all.
