Hello Dimers,

Today @ 11:49 Vodafone deducted 99₹ from my main balance and i received a sms that some callertune service has been activated on your number. I didn’t activated it.

Is there any way to get the refund in the current scenario of #INDIALOCKDOWN

Contact their customer care, if the first representative says he/she can’t help, ask him/her to connect yourself with a senior or supervisor. If still you feel unsatisfied with their resolution, contact them via Twitter.

At last, if all doesn’t work, file a grievance on PGPortal and Consumerhelpline portal.

Bro Already Called @ 198 (2 times) – Busy and then disconnected both times.
Called @ 199 – Same as Above.
Live Chat – Not working for my issue.
Twitter -
PMed @ 14:30 – no response till now.
Tweeted @ 18:30 – no response received till now.

BTW If i will deactivate the service by self 155223 then i will not get any refund. Would I ??

Email VF. Over the last few months VF Twitter has been of no help. Also refund has to be approved within 24 hours otherwise the system doesn’t allow them to do so. Ofc it can be manually credited as a one-time exception. Under the prevailing circumstances you can expect late response which can be an issue.
