Recently I was enquiring about helpchat cash validity here are the things I’ve found out so far:
10.3.5 The Helpchat Cash balance accrued will expire in case there are no credits for 60 (sixty) days. Such expiration is not affected by any uninstall or reinstall of the Helpchat Application. The Customer shall not be entitled to redeem any expired Helpchat Cash.
10.3.6 In case there is failure in payment transaction, the Customer shall be refunded through Helpchat Cash. Such refund through Helpchat Cash is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of credit to the Customer’s account.
Simple Meaning: There are two types of helpchat cash:
1) Accrued: (for a completed transaction on Helpchat Application for purchase of goods or services paid by cash, credit/debit card, cheque, or online payment) Validity: 60 days
2) Refund: (for failure in payment transaction) Validity: 1 year
Important Tip: 1) Do a transaction (Recharge/Purchase/Cab Booking etc.) using any ongoing cashback offer within 60 days to increase the validity of Accrued cash for next 60 days. No such info regarding Refund cash.
2) You’ll get timely SMS update regarding helpchat cash expiry. Just keep an eye. (I’ve got that though not sure about email notification)
