Hi, we order products from foreign sites like Gearbest and Aliexpress and sell it for more money in India. Lately a person ordered something from us but since the order was not trackable we couldn’t confirm the date. He contacted my partner, but he went rude because the other guy (customer) was also not friendly. So the guy logged cyber crime report into Delhi Police and now my paytm account has been blocked and police is calling every guy who sent money to me.
Police didn’t even contact me before banning my paytm account and now they’re calling more of the customers. I contacted the police man or whatever who registered the complaint, but he cut the call. I got his number from my friend whom he called to confirm if I did scam.
Any idea what has to be done now?
Note: All customers except that a-hole got the order and I have delivery proof for all orders. It’s no scam. We just order at lower price.
Paytm is asking for NOC to unblock my account and cyber police is not coordinating with the matter. The customer is stubborn and is not accepting refund (I even said that he can accept the order when he gets and take refund) and is keen to drag this matter.

So…what to do?

PS: his order amount is Rs. 800.. confused

Looks like(not sure) the matter you have provided is half true or full false.
Some reasons below.

If i am not wrong this kind of commission/reference business is based on Instagram and whatsapp groups . In which you can order by only showing images . No physical interface. No registration as re-seller as all matter is online and mobile based .

1) 90% of IG sellers sells 1st copy products or imported from international e-commerce websites .
2) Most of them are fake . You will find every day this thugs info in local page of  new papers .
3) No police allow you to file complaint in problem less than 10,000 (ligaly they can’t refuse , but they do everywhere)
4) if Delhi police is interested in case , there should be bigger reason . Not a single 800 .
5) if you are 100% genuine seller , then why in worry . Thats police , they will do nothing if you genuine . And will do everything if you’re not.

The guy lives in Delhi so he registered the case there. Yeah nothing to worry we are genuine.. All customers except him have revived the order.
🙄 One thing more. He dealt with the other guy whole ordering. I only manage payments and order….
