1. This limited period promotional offer, namely Amazon prime subscription offer (“Offer”) is provided to you and made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) on the website www.ama...in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”).
2. These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree by using Amazon.in. In the event of any conflict between the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to this Offer only.
3. This Offer is valid from October 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon at its sole discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability.
4. This Offer is available to a person who receives an Amazon Gift Card (issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited) from designated and identified corporates and adds such Amazon Gift Card into his/her Amazon.in account between July 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018 (such person, “Eligible Customer”). For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that any person who purchases Amazon Gift Card(s) from Amazon.in or other sources, i.e. QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited directly issues the Amazon Gift Card, will not be an Eligible Customer and not eligible to avail this Offer.
5. Under this Offer, during the Offer Period any Eligible Customer who: 
   (a) subscribes to or signs up for Amazon Prime membership with the annual plan and makes payment for the same using any electronic payment method; and 
   (b) streams any video content using Amazon Prime Video service, 
   will be entitled to receive cashback for an amount of INR 250. It is clarified that to be eligible to avail this Offer, an Eligible Customer must purchase the annual plan of the Amazon Prime membership subscription and is not available on availing the free trial of Amazon Prime membership.
6. In the event an Eligible Customer has previously availed free trial for Amazon Prime membership but did not subscribe to the Amazon Prime membership subsequently, it is clarified that such Eligible Customer may also be eligible for the benefits under this Offer on satisfaction of these Offer Terms, including subscribing to / purchasing Amazon Prime Membership (annual plan) during the Offer Period.
7. It is clarified that an Eligible Customer must undertake step (b) mentioned under clause 4 above only after completion of step (a) of clause 4, i.e. an Eligible Customer must first subscribe to the Amazon Prime Membership and then stream Amazon Prime video content, and both steps need to be undertaken during the Offer Period.
8. The cashback under this Offer will be provided to the Eligible Customer in the form of Amazon Gift Cards, issued QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited and redeemable as Amazon Pay balance associated with the Amazon.in account of the respective Eligible Customer. The use and redemption of Amazon Gift Cards and Amazon Pay balance are governed by the applicable terms and conditions.
9. The cashback benefit will be provided to the Eligible Customer within 45 days from the date on which the Eligible Customer purchases the annual plan of the Amazon Prime membership subscription.
10. This Offer can be availed by an Eligible Customer only once during the Offer Period.
11. In the event an Eligible Customer fails to meet any condition of these Offer Terms, such Eligible Customer will not be eligible to receive the cashback benefit under this Offer.
12. By participating in this Offer, every person or Eligible Customer expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that such person / Eligible Customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer or use of Amazon Prime Membership or Amazon Prime Video content.
13. Amazon reserves the right to disqualify an Eligible Customer from this Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
14. Any queries or issues in relation to this Offer should be addressed directly to Amazon customer support at https://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/cont...us. Amazon will entertain such queries or issues only up to March 31, 2019.
15. Amazon reserves the right, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these Offer Terms, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
16. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
17. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
18. Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
19. No person is bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
