The Amazon Pay Link Cashback offer (“Offer”) is made available to you on www.ama...in, and the mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”). The Offer is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”)
These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. A customer will not be entitled to avail this Offer if Amazon Pay Link option is not available (for any reason whatsoever) at the delivery address or for the Purchase Transaction, of the customer.
- The cashback will be provided to the customers in the form of Amazon.in Gift Card, issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (“Gift Card”). The use and redemption of the Gift Card(s) is governed by the Amazon.in Gift Card Terms and Conditions, available at: https://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display.....
- This Offer can be availed by a customer only once during the Offer Period. A customer cannot avail this Offer on a subsequent purchase during the Offer Period.
