Had opened a new account few weeks back but when i tried to apply coupon for the 1st time after few days, it didn’t allow me and asked me to contact Helpchat as my account had some suspicious activity even though it was my 1st account with HC. When i contacted them, they said to provide KYC documents and when i refused they said that i can avail their services but i won’t be able to apply coupons/offers. 
Uninstalled it. Good riddance.
