• You, as a resident of India, are eligible to a discount of 10% subject to a maximum cap of INR 1000, on products purchased by You under the Televisions category using a valid debit or credit card during the Offer Period (“Offer”). Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Diners, Rupay debit and credit cards are eligible under this Offer (“Card”). Delinquent and over-limit credit cards will not qualify for this Offer. Add on cards will be treated as separate cards.

• The Offer is valid from 11th January, 2017 (00:01 Hours) to 12th January, 2017 (23:59 Hours) (“Offer Period”). The Offer Period may or may not be extended at the sole discretion of Flipkart.

• The Offer is not applicable on Net Banking, Card on Delivery and EMI transactions.

• There is no minimum transaction amount to avail the Offer.

• In case of cancellation of Your order, You will not be eligible for this Offer. If You cancel part of Your order, You will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount you pay basis eligibility

Other Terms and Conditions

• You are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Bank or Flipkart to conduct further, similar or other Offers. This Offer is by way of a special offer from Flipkart and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of this Offer shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement. You shall not be eligible for this Offer in case of partial payments using a Flipkart gift card or wallet.

• This Offer is not applicable on Gift Wrap or premium delivery charges.

• Flipkart is NOT liable or responsible for any claim(s), dispute(s) regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability, quantity or quality made available to You under this Offer on the products/services (“Claims”).

• Flipkart holds the exclusive right at its sole discretion to refuse or deny the Offer to You.

• Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability from the respective sellers of Flipkart and in no circumstances Flipkart shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.

• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to You either through mailers or advertised on the Platform, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.

• If this Offer and/or anything to be done by Flipkart or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Flipkart or any other entity, including but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government, or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Flipkart or the merchant, then Flipkart and/or the merchant shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart.

• This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.

• The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore only

• Nothing expressed or implied in this Offer shall in any way waive or amend any of the applicable terms and conditions on Flipkart.com

• Under no circumstance will the goods purchased/ services obtained during the Offer period be settled in cash.

• All government levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable You as applicable at the time this Offer was offered. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by You and/or billed to Your account.

• Flipkart shall not be held liable for any reason, including but not limited to any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.

• Flipkart shall not also be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to You, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services under the Offer

• Flipkart reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change/cancel or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw/cancel it altogether at its sole discretion.

• You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this Policy by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part.

• Any query regarding the offer will be entertained till 30-January, 2017. Post such date, Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any customers/persons.
