With effect from 1st July 2020, SBI Cards has discontinued the rewards program on e-wallet loads/ recharges. This is to ensure fair usage of your OlaMoney SBI credit card and shall apply only for recharges identified under MCCs 6540 and 6541 (as defined by VISA).
Under the existing rewards program scheme, payments and charges such as balance transfers, cash advances, encash, draft payments, financial charges, disputed transactions, purchase at petrol pumps/ service stations are not eligible for accruing cashback. Rewards on other transactions remain unchanged.

Can someone provide info on PP+, Zingoy is saying, not a PP+ user so can’t complete the transaction. Can PP+ loan/credit can be paid off using CC ?

I think it’s time to close the ola money sbi credit card, I don’t know why these companies are keeping so many restrictions and forcing us to pay using specific payment mode for Amazon gift voucher.
its a normal credit card like other credit card and have not put any restrictions on purchase of any gc. You are free to buy directly using credit card.
Restriction is on usage of wallet money and has no link to credit card
ola stopped giving cashback for wallet load even though the merchant name is Ola cabs Gurgaon in the transaction details. Although I can see cashback of 7 % in SBI card app, Ola people are not crediting cashback stating that wallet loads will not receive any cashback as per RBI.
If this is true then i will close the card, already cant use bcoz of pending kyc
