I have checked with the and the difference in amazon pay and amazon money is as follows:
1. Amazon pay balance is account specific and cannot be transferred to any other account however the amazon money can be transfered to other too.
2.Amazon pay balance amount cannot be transfered to bank account but amazon money can be transferred.
