earlier mobikwik server was not updated so max. people reached max limit for unsuccessful attempts.. dont worry
If a user enters a wrong voucher code thrice, his/her Mobikwik account will be suspended for 24 business hours.
Try after 24 hrs or try with diff mobikwik account.
I guess after 3 unsuccessful attempts the account/redeem page gets locked for 24 hours
