Cashback on any Transaction will come once it is successful. For my electricity bill payment on 10th may it hasn’t come & I saw status is bill in progress.
Their reply confirmed it.

With regard to cashback for the bill payment transaction done through our app under transaction ID U5B***********, we see from our records that the mentioned transaction is still pending at biller’s end as it takes 3-4 days for us to get the final update regarding the success of the transaction.
