Amazon reckons that this sale will be bigger than the Black Friday sale which will follow the Prime Day later in October. It is expected that Amazon will officially announce the Prime Day dates in a week’s time from now. Last year, Amazon collected around $7 Billion from Prime Day sales so expectations from consumers and sellers are high from this event.
