Apple iPhone 14, 14 Plus, 14 Pro & 14 Pro Max Launched!

The iPhone 14 and its siblings are some of the most hyped phones of 2022. As soon as Apple teased the Far Out event, everyone was 100% sure that the iPhone 14 series would be launched at the same event. Thus, there have been rumors and speculations about the price and specs of the iPhone 14 lineup. But fortunately, the wait is now over as Apple has announced its iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max smartphones which have created quite the buzz in the market. Today, we will talk about the specifications and prices of all the smartphones in the iPhone 14 series.

The Far Out event is the first in-person Apple event after the pandemic hit us and this same event has witnessed quite the spectacular changes in the iPhone Pro and Pro Max models. This time around, Apple has decided to change many things which made these two models phenomenally good. But, things are quite different for the base iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus. Talking about the Apple iPhone 14, things haven’t changed much from the iPhone 13. The iPhone 14 comes with a notch display too that has been bothering all iPhone users till now. It has a 6.1 inches display that has the standard 60 Hz refresh rate. The iPhone 14 also comes with two 12 MP camera sensors that have been the same for all the previous iPhone models too. It also has a 12 MP selfie camera. With its improved battery, the newly launched iPhone 14 would last longer than the previously launched iPhone 13. Though, unfortunately, the iPhone 14 comes with the same A15 bionic chipset that was used in the last year’s iPhone 13 series.

Considering the price and almost no upgrade in its design and hardware, the iPhone 14 may not be liked by many users. 

The Apple iPhone 14 Plus is the replacement that Apple thought of after removing the iPhone Mini model from the iPhone 14 lineup. The Plus model of the iPhone 14 is nothing more than a bigger iPhone 14 with almost everything just the same. The iPhone 14 Plus also runs on the A15 bionic processor, comes with a 12 MP + 12 MP camera setup, and has that notch at the top of its display. Though, the notable differences between the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus are the display and battery size. The iPhone 14 Plus comes with a 6.7 inches display and a battery that is slightly bigger than the iPhone 14.

So, the iPhone 14 Plus doesn’t meet the expectations that we had with the iPhone 14 series. Although, it can be a better option for someone who needs an iPhone 14 but with a bigger display.

Here comes the star of the Apple Far Out Event. The iPhone 14 Pro model saw some of the biggest changes that have been made on an iPhone since the iPhone X. The iPhone 14 Pro comes with a 6.1 inches display with a 120 Hz high refresh rate, the same as the iPhone 13 Pro. But, the biggest change here is the removal of that big notch. The iPhone 14 Pro has a capsule-shaped punch-hole display. This completely changes the way the iPhone 14 Pro looks. Also, the iPhone 14 Pro has, for the first time ever in an iPhone, a 48 MP camera setup that has put everyone in awe. One of the biggest changes in the iPhone 14 Pro is its new A16 bionic chipset which is much more powerful and better than the A15 SoC. Talking about the battery, it has a big battery big enough to last a day, considering the specs. Some other newest additions to the iPhone 14 Pro are a peak brightness of 2000 nits, the highest ever in a smartphone, and an always-on display.

As expected, the iPhone 14 Pro Max is not so different from the iPhone 14 Pro model. Rather, it seems to be a bigger version of the same phone. The iPhone 14 Pro Max comes with a 6.7 inches display and a 120 Hz high refresh rate. It also has the same punch-hole display as the iPhone 14 Pro. Also, the iPhone 14 Pro Max is powered by the latest A16 bionic chip. Along with the display, another bigger component of the iPhone 14 Pro Max is its battery. The iPhone 14 Pro Max also comes with a 48 MP camera setup that is probably going to be one of the best ones till now. Also, it has the same peak brightness and always-on display as the iPhone 14 Pro.

The iPhone 14 Pro Max truly seems to be a huge upgrade when you compare it to the last year’s iPhone 13 Pro Max and it really justifies its cost.
