Have been using Airtel network since last 9 years (Since college). Earlier it used to be life saver as mostly I was the only one having network at locations where no other operator was available (Before Jio), especially during travelling. There was no disconnection of call in trains. But now Jio has fully changed the game with budget plans and fabulous network. Really had a bad experience with airtel (both in its telecom as well as payments wing) The signals are quite good but the monthly rental even without using a number is a drawback Also , their customer service proves useless in cases of need In the payments wing, their app isnt very good in UI, my account got blocked for not providing kyc, which is unaccetable Stopped using airtel since then view more

Airtel is not more the best network . Frequent network issue and call quality is degarded . Its really sad that airtel is not doing anything to retain its image view more
