Returns Policy :
You can request a refund in the following scenarios:
A) You weren’t able to download the selected video after you purchased it.
B) Your credit card may have been charged twice for a purchase of the same video. (This generally occurs when users try to refresh the page or press the back button of the browser, during the payment process)
C) Your credit card was charged for the purchase of the video, but its download was unsuccessful on repeat attempts.
D) You purchased more than one video, consecutively, but for some reason you weren’t satisfied after downloading the first video, so you desired a refund before attempting to download the other video(s) that you may have purchased.
The “Request for refund” practice of BIGFlix is subject to the nature and circumstances of every request. BIGFlix reserves the right to process the requests for refund.
