In case of complaints regarding products that come with a quality assurance from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned brand manufacturer mentioned on the package or Let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 94039 54321 or email us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID & Additionally, you need to send us images of shipment which is damaged! Within 48 hours we shall resolve the issue, if claim found to be genuine, we shall arrange a reverse pick up & replace/refund accordingly. Simple!
Shipping Information :
Usually we ship orders within 24 – 48 hours from the time order was placed, except situation (Which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time which shall be intimated to customer. Once the order is shipped we inform customer with the tracking details! Hooray!
Deliveries are done PAN India basis which may take 1-4 working days (except Public holidays) & please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events.
