Returns Policy :
Once a product is purchased, No Returns are made. Although in case any in transit breakage takes place, you must send us some pictures of the broken part or parts within 7 days of the receipt and we will send the replacement free of cost.
Follow 3 simple steps if you find any breakage during receipt of your shipment.
Carefully inspect the merchandise.
Report breakage by emailing pictures of a broken part(s) with your order number, invoice number and your contact number within 3 days of receipt.
We will courier part(s) free of charge.
We will not be able to provide free shipping of any replacement parts in case of breakage during the shipments due to the mode of International shipping transits.
Shipping Information :
Minimum of 14 working days are required to manufacture and dispatch customized orders from our warehouse. Shipping time will be extra depending on the mode of transport and destination. No two items can be same in finish or in design as these items are handcrafted which adds to the uniqueness of the product.
