Returns Policy :
Return and replacement within the warranty period: For any material malfunction of the Product confirmed through testing by LeEco or an authorized service provider within 10 days starting from the next day after receipt of the Product.
Warranty Service :
During the warranty period, LeEco authorized service provider will repair using the original manufacturer’s parts and components according to the results of diagnosis. A Product that has parts or components replaced with new ones will be covered for the rest of the warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.
