Returns Policy :
Before returning items, please contact our customer service department (by email or phone). If emailing, please include your name, order number, the reason for the return in the email. If calling, please have all possible information for return of the product.
It is expected that the client knows exactly the details of what they wish to purchase fromSoftTouchLenses.com, has already tried the product and deemed it to be suitable for their requirements.
Products may not be returned in the event of the client trying them out and subsequently changing their mind.
Customer Support :
In the unlikely event you receive a defective lens, do not throw the lens away. It may need to be returned to the manufacturer for analysis. Provided the lens manufacturer agrees the lens is defective, a replacement lens will be issued at no cost. Please note that defective lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same lens and prescription. We cannot issue refunds for defective items.
