Received a defective carvaan product. Within an hour I raised rrefund request, and I was surprised to know they dont care about their customer Once the product is delevered, even if it is defective.You have to contact service center and curse yourself why you have chosen Tata cliq at first place. All customer service people will say that they apologize for the inconvenience but not solution. I strongly recommend not to purchase Tata cliq product and get yourself screwed view more

Hi All, once I ordered and cancelled Boat earphones then my money was not completely refunded by TATACLIQ . Very bad experience with a recent order from TataCliq. Brought Boat aavante 1198 soundbar on 31st December 2021, it had problem with HDMI and Aux port, reported the same to customer support and raised a return request within the return period of 7days. I brought an iron from Tata Cliq. The item was used as there was water in the water container of the new iron and was also missing the water cup provided in the orginal package. They have a very shoddy and complicated return policy. Despite repeated calls and mails, they refused to exchange or take back the item. I bought a Lifelong foot spa massager from Tata Cliq. Due to spark and heating issues I reached out to TATA CLIQ (from where I bought it, on Day 1 itself), they clearly stated we cannot do anything in this case, contact the brand directly. I ordered laptop on 27 th JULY 21 and noticed on 30th july that usb ports were not functioning . informed Hp and they have confirmed the problem.
