    I had ordered a fast track bag and the availablity was showing as available when i purchased the product. and today they sent me mail saying the order is cancelled.

    First time shopped on tradus.. and the experience is really bad.

    I failed to understand , if they do not have the product why do they take orders?

    They gonna take 10 days for refund? worst statergy
