You cannot use gift amount for reverse Gift. You can use your third account for the gift but just by using Debit/Credit card or netbanking only.

Links are useless now. I had pretty much mailed them the same issue and said that app should at least give a warning.. Sorry for your loss.

I don’t have those links now. If I had, then I would have got them all back. Since I don’t have them, I went ahead and contacted customer support and they say that they also can’t do much. As a customer service, I expected them to have other ways to work around this they constantly are just repeating, “Sorry for your loss”. They don’t seem like they even want to put some effort to figure this out.

In the app, “My account” → “Woohoo”. Tap on that “Woohoo” to see a list of gift cards which you can tap/swipe and delete.

Thanks for the suggestion but that doesn’t give the gift details link or card number or pin. It only composes an email to Woohoo support in which I have to type out details of any issue pertaining to that transaction.

Guys, I am in a dilemma whether to grab this offer or not. Its more money being stuck and only 15% profit. May be in next few weeks they offer a better one.
