@ghitesh @vijkap201 Guys got my lost gifts back after a lot of follow up. Their customer care guys aren’t helpful and only keep saying “Sorry for your loss”. But when complained on social media, their backend team got in touch with me and asked me to provide some info which could help them speed up their investigation and they took all the efforts to dig through my account which had plenty of gift cards and finally found the ones that were accidentally deleted and they added it back in my account 
Probably they did so much just because mine was a high amount.

Congrats. I am glad to hear that. Didn’t follow up for mine because it was to much trouble and amount was pretty small.
