Why would anyone? It said 10 days. Only if you don’t get the cb within 10 days would there be a reason to contact the cc.

normally as per previous experience with woohoo, they used to credit the cb within 30 mins after gift is claimed… and in every deal they use to post the max 5 to 10 days..

and 1 month back I didn’t received the cb within 5 days and the after 5 days they said that I was not applicable to that offer.. so I was somewhat worried thus time..

but this cashback is still not credited ( for offer on 6th and 7th Oct).

Go to rewards and press update… It will update the balance… Hope this helps…
