@santhubsnl5268 ur payment was successful on Amazon at first or not??
As said above many of dem facing same issue its just coz of heavy load on oxi server its has been giving same error in past too…
Funds are released from oxigen to amazon though amazon didn’t received so its stucked but it will be refunded to ur wallet widin max 5 days…as per amazon refund policy it shub be faster in ur case…still raise a ticket…nd suggest u to reactivate ur vcc 2-3 times nd keep app open next time u try any trxn…it gets normal after 2-3 times reactivation…

known issue, uninstall the app and reinstall it, then reactivate + create a card.

cleared data , uninstalled and reinstalled done every thing but no use hence raised a ticket

Did transaction on 6th of august but still didnt received the cashback… Created vard with 300 oxigen bal and 200 RBL fund… is this the reason for not crediting the cashback becuase i have used 200 from RBL fund?

Bro I use oxi app on very heavy ND regular basis not only coz its giving offer but coz I hev to do many trxn everyday for different apps…nd u can also raise ticket for pending cbs….raising ticket does not mean Dey will manually credit cb…but it escalates to der system which handles all dis stuff ND der technical team also keep checking status everyday….so if u don’t get CB in given timing u can raise ticket for faster resolution…once ticket is created ur issue will be noticed manually which der system didn’t recognized…
no cashback received for 9th transaction . anyone got it ? why to struggle to avail this offer when they are not giving money and they even not refunded my money of failed transactions . No response from customer support even after raising tickets n multiple emails.
this is huge pain to use this damn app . will never use again .
