After reactivation its not showing dissapeared balance, tried unistalling & installing several times but no use zero showing rbl funds fedup with this f**** vcc

just login and re activate prepaid visa it and it says you are already rbl user click ok and check the rbl funds it will show the balance now just creat another prepaid card and that is use (if balance is not showing its a sync error)

Dis is due to abandoned trxn….which means funds are sent from oxi side but other merchant didn’t received due to technical failure….u will get refund in rbl wallets from 2-7 days as per d payment gateway u tried to transact…like for paytm it 4-5 days…udio worst 31st day 
So try askmepy or crownit wallet If u want to load in udio…
Also dis abandoned trxn happens if we don’t close payment page after first wrong pin error…
So if u get wrong pin error dont try 2nd time…else oxi will send funds to dat merchant ND it will get stucked…
Another tip…keep vcc page on oxi app open till u complete trxn…

actually i was trying to laod in payzapp and pin was correct didnt got any error and transaction showed success from oxigen page then it redirected to payzapp and that showed failed

i had 1080 oxi cash an i used it to create prepaid visa card and tried to pay for order at amazon every thing went fine and order has been placed but when i checked my orders it says payment failed (revise the payment ) i tried once again with same oxi card but order showed payment failed hence i just cleared my app data and when i re login and activated visa and the card is not there and rbl funds shows 0.00 pleas help ( i tried re installing ) but no use

I too dont know the solution buddy.. my money is also struck there.. and i have raised a ticket and moving forward with using other accounts.. i faced this issue in only one acct.. for other accounts it worked fine for me.
You cant reload. Do a add new card after using full balance
