Offer can be redeemed only once per unique wallet user during the offer period.
Offer is applicable for all Oxigen Wallet users, new and existing.
This is a Limited period offer available solely on first come first serve basis.
Cashback will be processed within 4 days from the time of transaction and will be credited in Oxigen wallet.
Maximum cashback shall not exceed Rs. 100.

If you didnt receive then I must forget about it because I did a transaction only yesterday.
last credit I have got is for transaction done on 6th, haven’t received cashback for any transactions done after that.
I think they aren’t even interested in giving cashback now.

Please read the thread carefully. Dimers already suggested the solution.
Uninstall the app and install again but before that delete the card. Generate the card again after fresh installation and try again.

while doing transaction first it asks for PIN, there you have to enter the card pin u have made
after that it will ask for otp. for that there is option to generate otp in the oxigen app, which u will get on ur registered mobile , enter that and ur transaction will be done smoothly

I can not see my balance anywhere, it is not avaialble for creating new card (zero balance) and also not in oxigen wallet balance. This has happened again with me.

I got the cashback randomly for my 20 accounts. So some of them have the cashback credited in yesterday’s date and some haven’t been. So I will wait a day or two and then will ask the cc. I believe this late credit of cashback maybe because of the festive days and holidays.
Nothing to worry about though.
